		<description>Well I think this is all quite reasonable. However there is still alot of broken glass that will take alot of time to pick up in regards to the client license change and the in the opinion of alot of people wierd interpretation of the GPL. With the "FLOSS Exception" the legal issues seem to be cleared up. However this does not make the shock and feeling of confusion go away immediatly.

How delecate this balance is highlighted again in the backlash following the SCO MySQL Network deal. Personally I do not see any issue with this agreement from a community perspective. Must be wierder for MySQL AB themselves really signing agreements with a company that claims that the license which is at the core of MySQL ABs business model is unconstitutional/illegal.</description>
